The hotel had a fantastic location with excellent views. It was conveniently situated within a short walk to the Gandola base where the tickets for the ride could be purchased.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance. the rooms were old and in need of renovation, with damaged walls and water leaking in some of them.

Staff very helpful and courteous, went above and beyond for me. Rooms were neat and clean. Enjoyed the good food at the restaurant.

Experienced a rat in the room, which destroyed some belongings. The room they changed us to had no water in the wash basin or sink, making for a horrible night.
